Abstract: BACKGROUND: In the past decade, significant progress has been made in the understanding of the pathogenesis, effects, diagnostic methods and treatments of gout, but the pathogenesis of gout has not yet been clarified. A large number of experimental studies have shown that microRNAs (miRNAs), long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) and circular RNAs (circRNAs) are closely related to the occurrence and development of gout. |
